Return Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@trydermalyne.com. Please note that returns must be shipped back to us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene-related products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day Cancellation Right for the European Union

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. As stated above, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
